- Log in to your account and access your Club Dashboard.
- Click on “Club Management” and then “Players.”

To approve a player on GotSport, follow these steps:
- Go to the Program Registrations tab for the specific program.
- Select the players you want to mark as “Approved.”
- Click Mark as Approved.
Now, those players will be able to register for the program. If you need to approve all players at once, use the Bulk Actions option and click Mark as Approved. Additionally, for tournament or league event rosters, click the blue Roster Approvals button next to the team and select the individuals to approve. If you’re an association governing body, navigate to the event, team, and approve players there.

To print a match card in GotSport, follow these steps:
- As an Event Director/Admin:
- Go to Schedule > Events and click on the event you’re working on.
- Click on Current Schedule, followed by Match List.
- To the left of the match number column, you’ll see a check box that acts as a “select all.” After marking this, select Match Cards.
- Click Export, and you’ll have a PDF of your match cards.
- For Managers/Coaches:
- From your Dashboard, select Team Management.
- Choose the team you need match cards for.
- Go to Team Registrations and select the event.
- Click on Roster, then select the match.
- From there, you can choose the players attending the game and print your match card.
